Talent and Operations Manager

About the role
 

We are looking for someone who can help us in the operations and recruiting department. Please include a cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for the role.  

Responsibilities include
 

  • Help with employer branding in markets such as Bulgaria & Hungary. This includes marketing, identifying opportunities & helping organize events 

  • Look into tax laws in all countries for employees and freelancers

  • Help with insurance in all countries

  • Reach out to prospecting hires

  • Handle interviewing process with candidates, including scheduling and initial phone calls 

  • Take charge of onboarding & offboarding employees

  • Manage company handbook for internal operations (e.g. clean up our brand & marketing guidelines, add more about each office)

  • Foster a high performance culture, organize offline and online trainings

 

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a flexible environment in the talent or operations department

  • HR experience

  • Excellent command of English 

  • You are a self-starter and don’t need someone to tell you what to do all the time

  • Experience working in a distributed team

  • You are resourceful and don't take no as an answer
